Concept Design
Our designers create 2–3 concept sketches based on your brief. Each concept includes shape, material, and surface treatment direction.

3D Modeling & Prototype
Approved concept is transformed into a 3D model. We produce a physical prototype using rapid prototyping or hand-blown samples.

Mold Making
Once the prototype is approved, our CNC team machines the production mold. Typical mold lead time: 15–25 days.

Glass forming, surface treatment (painting, plating, printing), and assembly. Full QC at each stage.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM projects with existing designs, our MOQ is typically 3,000–5,000 pieces per design. For ODM projects requiring new design development, the MOQ is 5,000–10,000 pieces. We can discuss flexibility for startup brands on a case-by-case basis.
How long does the entire process take?
Timeline depends on complexity: Concept design (5–10 days) → Prototype (10–15 days) → Mold making (15–25 days) → Production (30–45 days) → Shipping (7–30 days). Total: approximately 2.5–4 months from concept to delivery.
Can you match a specific Pantone color?
Yes. We offer precise Pantone color matching for spray painting, electroplating, and printing. We provide color samples for your approval before production. Our color accuracy is within ΔE < 1.0.
Do you sign NDAs and protect our designs?
Absolutely. We sign NDAs before any design discussion. For OEM projects, mold ownership fully transfers to you upon project completion. We never reuse client-exclusive molds or designs.
What surface treatments do you offer?
We offer: spray painting (matte, glossy, gradient), electroplating (gold, silver, rose gold, gunmetal), silk-screen printing, hot stamping, decal/label application, frosted finish, sandblasting, and UV coating.
Can I visit your factory?
We welcome factory visits by appointment. Our facility is located in China with convenient access from Hong Kong. We also offer virtual factory tours via video call.
What certifications do you hold?
We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, SGS audited, BSCI compliant, FDA registered, and REACH compliant. Full documentation available upon request.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. We provide pre-production samples (PPS) for your approval before every production run. Prototype samples are also available during the ODM design phase. Sample costs are credited toward your first order.
